Laila Olivera is a worship leader, songwriter, and speech-language pathologist with a passion to see people encounter the presence of God through worship. Raised in New Jersey, what began as a love for singing in church has grown into a calling to lead worship, write songs, and serve the local and global Church.

Over the years, Laila has had the privilege of serving alongside worship ministries, including Maverick City Music and Elevation Rhythm, leading worship at churches, conferences, and gatherings across the country. While these opportunities have expanded her reach, her greatest joy remains creating spaces where people encounter God's love, experience His peace, and walk boldly in the purpose He has placed on their lives.

Alongside her ministry, Laila serves as a speech-language pathologist, helping others find their voice and communicate with confidence. This passion for helping people discover their voice extends into her songwriting, where she longs to create music that encourages hearts and points people to Jesus.

As a songwriter, Laila's deepest desire is to write songs that are sung not only by this generation but by generations to come: songs that echo the worship of heaven and become lasting declarations of faith. Whether through worship, songwriting, or serving others, Laila's prayer is that every opportunity would glorify Jesus and invite people into a deeper encounter with His love and faithfulness.
